01 · CONTEXT
Start from your baseline.
Assessment results, training history and available equipment inform exercise selection instead of relying on a generic template.
ADAPTIVE TRAINING INTELLIGENCE
TRAELYA is a training system in development. It brings together movement assessment and training history to adapt future sessions and explain the decisions behind your plan.
Local-first product in development; the illustrations do not show physiological readiness measurements or recovery predictions.
Start with a movement assessment. Choose a session that fits your time, level and equipment.
15-minute session
30-minute session
The following plan can use your recorded training history.

Decisions grounded in training data
THE PROBLEM
Your assessment, completed sessions and exercise feedback provide context for the next workout. A fixed template cannot account for changes recorded along the way.
WHY TRAELYA
Three principles guide how TRAELYA is built: personal context, adaptive planning and clear explanations.
01 · CONTEXT
Assessment results, training history and available equipment inform exercise selection instead of relying on a generic template.
02 · ADAPTATION
Recorded exercise feedback and safety constraints inform adjustments. A calendar alone does not trigger progression.
03 · EXPLANATION
When the relevant evidence is recorded, TRAELYA can explain exercise and dose selection. Missing information remains unavailable.
THE TRAELYA LOOP
Assess, plan, train and record the outcome. Each completed session can inform what happens next.
WHAT YOU TRAIN
The exercise library covers six training areas. Quick Move (15 min) and Full Training (30 min) are composed separately using assessment results, level and available equipment.
Controlled movement and range.
Stable positions and holds.
Hanging exercises when equipment is available.
Single-leg stability and control.
Selected bodyweight exercises.
Complementary, lower-intensity movements; not medical treatment.
Exercises and media have separate review and release requirements; not every catalogue item is currently available to the public.
EXPLAINABILITY BY DESIGN
Where decision evidence is recorded, the app can show why an exercise or dose was selected. The example alongside illustrates the kind of explanation — it is not a real user's result.
WHY THIS EXERCISE?
Assessment results and equipment — when they are part of the recorded decision.
WHY THIS DOSE?
The rule behind the variant and duration or repetition count, when evidence is available.
WHAT NEXT?
Completed sessions and progression rules can help inform the next workout.
Illustrative interface fields, not personal data or a screenshot of a working app screen. Missing evidence never becomes a made-up reason.
BUILT FOR LONG-TERM PROGRESSION
We are preparing a limited product pilot covering movement assessment, guided 15- or 30-minute sessions and feedback on the experience. The pilot is not open for enrollment yet.
No clinical or guaranteed-outcome claims are made. Pilot participation is not currently open.
Planned pilot: try the assessment and training flow, then share feedback. Timing and admission are not confirmed.
We are not collecting email addresses here. Enrollment can open after privacy information, consent and secure handling are ready.
